One of our biggest hurdles in the Pacifica Tribune’s change of ownership to Coastside News Group has been dealing with subscriptions. It’s also been one of our biggest pleasures.
The good news is the overwhelmingly positive response that keeps our phone ringing with requests for subscriptions throughout the day. The tough part is, well, the phone ringing all day with requests for subscriptions.
In a perfect world, the new Pacifica Tribune website would be up and running allowing readers to go online to manage their subscriptions. We plan is to make that happen just as soon as possible. In the meantime, we’ve learned there are many current Pacifica Tribune subscribers who are having trouble with their subscriptions — subscribed, but not getting the paper, subscribed but not able to see the replica edition online, and some are unable to renew their subscriptions.
Please call us so we can help you resolve any subscription issues you might be having. This week, we’ve added help to our front desk to answer phones. Please be patient with us as we strive to update an old subscription into one that works with fewer issues.
For now, the best way to let us know about any issue with the paper is still to call or email us. Our phone number is (650) 726-4424 and our email is firstname.lastname@example.org. Your input is greatly appreciated.
Whether you are calling to tell us about an old news rack that isn’t working properly, a paper that wasn’t delivered, or just to let us know you’re ready to subscribe — we like hearing from you!
