The Pacifica Police Department responded to a residence on Salada Avenue, on a report of a domestic disturbance on June 6. In the course of the response police discovered weapons, ammunition and body armor at the residence.
More firearms were found at a storage unit rented by the man involved in the domesticdispute. It contained a stockpile of ammunition along with more weapons and high-capacity magazines.
Luis Argueta, a 63-year-old resident of San Francisco was arrested. Argueta was booked into San Mateo County Jail on domestic battery, criminal threats, prohibited person in possession of a firearm, prohibited person in possession of body armor,possession of large capacity magazine, prohibited person in possession of ammunition, and other similar charges.
This investigation is ongoing, police said.
